In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:
Additional Agreement: An agreement whereby the consumer acquires products, digital content, and/or services in connection with a distance contract and these goods, digital content, and/or services are supplied by HazeDirect.com or by a third party based on an arrangement between that third party and HazeDirect.com.
Consumer: Any natural person acting for purposes outside their trade, business, craft, or profession.
Right of Withdrawal: The possibility for the consumer to cancel the distance contract within the statutory cooling-off period.
Merchant: The natural or legal person offering products, digital content, and/or services to consumers through distance selling.
Distance Contract: An agreement concluded between the merchant and the consumer under an organized system for distance sales, whereby one or more means of distance communication are used exclusively or partly up to and including the conclusion of the contract.

These Terms & Conditions apply to every offer made by HazeDirect.com and to every distance contract concluded between HazeDirect.com and the consumer.
Before the distance contract is concluded, the text of these Terms & Conditions will be made available to the consumer. If this is not reasonably possible, HazeDirect.com will indicate how the Terms & Conditions can be inspected and that they will be sent free of charge upon request.
If the agreement is concluded electronically, the Terms & Conditions may be made available electronically in a manner that allows the consumer to store them on a durable medium.
If an offer has a limited period of validity or is subject to specific conditions, this will be clearly stated.
The offer contains a complete and accurate description of the products, digital content, and/or services offered. The description is sufficiently detailed to enable the consumer to make a proper assessment of the offer.
Where HazeDirect.com uses images, these are an accurate representation of the products, services, and/or digital content offered.
Obvious mistakes, errors, or inaccuracies do not bind HazeDirect.com.
Each offer contains sufficient information to make clear to the consumer the rights and obligations associated with accepting the offer.
Subject to the provisions of paragraph 4, the agreement is concluded at the moment the consumer accepts the offer and complies with the applicable conditions.
Within legal limits, HazeDirect.com may verify whether the consumer can meet their payment obligations, as well as any facts and circumstances relevant to responsibly entering into a distance contract.
If HazeDirect.com has valid reasons not to enter into the agreement based on this assessment, it reserves the right to refuse an order or application or attach special conditions to its execution.
HazeDirect.com may exclude the following products and services from the right of withdrawal, provided this has been clearly stated before the contract is concluded:
Products manufactured according to the consumer’s specifications.
Products clearly intended for a specific individual.
Products that deteriorate quickly or have a limited shelf life.
Sealed products that cannot be returned for health protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed.
Products that, by their nature, become inseparably mixed with other products after delivery.
Prices of products and/or services will not be increased during the validity period stated in the offer, except for changes resulting from VAT rates, shipping costs, or legal requirements.
All prices displayed on HazeDirect.com are exclusive of shipping costs unless otherwise stated.
HazeDirect.com guarantees that its products and/or services conform to the agreement, the specifications stated in the offer, reasonable standards of quality and usability, and all applicable legal requirements in force on the date the agreement is concluded.
Where agreed, HazeDirect.com also guarantees that a product is suitable for uses other than its normal intended purpose.
HazeDirect.com will exercise the greatest possible care when receiving and executing orders.
The place of delivery shall be the address provided by the consumer.
Accepted orders will be processed as quickly as possible and no later than 30 days unless another delivery period has been agreed upon.
If delivery is delayed, or if an order cannot be fulfilled in whole or in part, the consumer will be notified within 30 days of placing the order.
In such cases, the consumer has the right to cancel the agreement free of charge and may be entitled to compensation where applicable.
The risk of damage and/or loss passes to the consumer upon delivery unless otherwise agreed.
International deliveries may only be available for selected products and may require longer delivery times. For exact delivery estimates, consumers should contact customer support.
For standard shipping, HazeDirect.com dispatches all orders as agreed. Once shipped, delivery risks may transfer to the consumer according to the applicable shipping method and local regulations.
Consumers are required to report any inaccuracies in payment information immediately.
Unless otherwise agreed, all amounts due must be paid before products are dispatched.
By accepting these Terms & Conditions, the consumer acknowledges and accepts the available payment methods offered by HazeDirect.com.
HazeDirect.com operates a clearly communicated complaints procedure and handles complaints accordingly.
Complaints regarding the execution of the agreement must be submitted fully and clearly within a reasonable time after the defect has been identified.
Complaints regarding delivered orders should be reported within two weeks of receipt.
If an order has not been received, this must be reported within seven days of the expected delivery date.
Complaints submitted to HazeDirect.com will receive a response within 14 days of receipt.
If a complaint requires a longer processing time, HazeDirect.com will acknowledge receipt within 14 days and provide an estimated timeframe for a detailed response.
Consumers must allow HazeDirect.com at least four weeks to resolve any complaint through mutual consultation.
Additional provisions or provisions deviating from these Terms & Conditions may not be detrimental to the consumer and must be recorded in writing or stored in a durable medium accessible to the consumer.
Customers must be at least 18 years of age.
HazeDirect.com takes reasonable measures to prevent purchases by individuals under the age of 18.
Orders may only be placed by customers who confirm they are 18 years of age or older.
Where age verification is deemed necessary, HazeDirect.com reserves the right to request proof of age and may cancel orders and issue refunds where appropriate.
The privacy of our customers is important to us.
We take appropriate measures to safeguard personal information and only process data necessary for order fulfillment, customer support, and account management.
Customers may choose to create an account on HazeDirect.com. Account information is stored securely and can be removed upon request by contacting customer support.
Personal information will not be shared with third parties except where required to process orders, comply with legal obligations, or provide requested services.

HazeDirect.com provides logistical and marketplace-related services connecting customers with available products and suppliers.
HazeDirect.com reserves the right to refuse, limit, or cancel orders where excessive purchasing activity, suspected resale activity, abuse of services, fraud, or other misuse is identified.
Our services are intended for personal use only and not for wholesale distribution unless explicitly agreed otherwise.
In the event of an order cancellation, customers will be notified by email and any eligible payments will be refunded in accordance with our refund policy.
